Because the manual and toolkits are delivered instantly in digital form, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.
Delivery problems
If your download link doesn't arrive or a file won't open, contact letsdfy@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll resend or replace it.
Duplicate payments
Accidental duplicate charges are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
